By using WorkLink TT, submitting information or paying for a listing or service request, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old or acting with the authority of a registered business or organisation.

WorkLink TT is a paid visibility and advertising platform for independent service providers and people seeking services in Trinidad and Tobago. WorkLink TT is not the employer, agent, partner or representative of a listed provider or customer. Users make their own arrangements directly.

Submissions are reviewed for completeness and suitability before publication. Unless WorkLink TT expressly states otherwise, review does not guarantee identity, licensing, qualifications, insurance, availability, workmanship, pricing or conduct. Customers must perform their own checks before hiring or paying a provider.

• Provide accurate, current and non-misleading information.
• Hold any licence, permit, insurance or qualification required for the service offered.
• Use only photographs, names, logos and content you own or are authorised to use.
• Deal fairly and safely with customers and comply with applicable laws.
• Notify WorkLink TT promptly when profile information changes.

Customers and request posters must provide lawful, accurate information, use reasonable care when meeting or hiring a provider, and agree the scope, price, payment terms and safety arrangements directly with the chosen provider. Do not send deposits or personal information unless you are satisfied with the recipient.

Professional plans are Standard at TT$70 per month, Growth at TT$225 per month and Premium at TT$450 per month. A service request costs TT$40 and is normally published for 30 days. Prices shown at the time of payment apply to that purchase.

Payments are confirmed manually. A listing or request is not active until WorkLink TT confirms payment and approves publication. Payment instructions are provided directly through official WorkLink TT contact channels.

Provider plans run for 30 days from the applicable confirmed payment period unless WorkLink TT confirms a different period in writing. Listings may be hidden or restricted when membership expires. You may request cancellation at any time, but cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

If WorkLink TT rejects a paid submission before it is published, the payment will be flagged for refund and processed using an appropriate available method. Once a listing or service request has been published, payments are normally non-refundable. WorkLink TT may correct duplicate payments, processing errors or other exceptional cases where a refund is appropriate or legally required.

You must not submit illegal, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, dangerous, infringing or misleading content; impersonate another person; scrape or attack the platform; misuse private contact information; or attempt to bypass access controls.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give WorkLink TT permission to host, format, display and promote approved content for operating and marketing the platform and your listing or request. You may request removal, subject to reasonable record-retention requirements.

WorkLink TT may request changes, reject, hide, suspend or remove content or access where information is incomplete, payment has expired, these terms are breached, a safety concern is reported, or continued publication may harm users or the platform.

WorkLink TT does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, enquiries, leads, sales or a particular advertising result. To the extent permitted by law, WorkLink TT is not responsible for agreements, payments, loss, damage or disputes arising directly between customers and independent providers.
